.Tibrio is looking for a Web Designer/Developer to join the Digital Experience team (DX). Reporting to the Director of Operations, the DX team is a data-driven, creative group responsible for the design, development and support of our Experience Manager (TXM) platform and professional services.The User Experience Designer is a hybrid role that is 60% web design & development and 40% conversion rate strategy & analysis. In this role you will focus heavily on conversion optimization services to drive growth and revenue in the digital marketing space. Using a continuous, iterative approach, you will improve conversion rates by conducting A/B and multivariate experiments. Your test results and creative assets will also be used to contribute to our "Playbook", a robust library of high-converting web copy, themes, forms, components and landing page templates for TXM.Location: Remote. We are based out of the Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) operating both in the United States and Latin America. We are open to anywhere in the world as long as you can collaborate with the team in that timezone. To be an employee you must be in the United States or Mexico. We know it's cliche but we expect the salary requirements to match the experience level.- **Please make sure to read all the way through this post including the interview process to make sure it is a fit.**_**Responsibilities**- Design, implement and optimize lead acquisition funnels using the TXM across platforms, devices and channels with direction from the DX team and client stakeholders- Expected to grow into full ownership of A/B and multivariate experiments from concept to completion (includes design, development, and QA)- Actively enhance the user journey, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements- Design and develop mobile-responsive themes, landing pages, forms and other reusable web components to add to our Playbook- Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized test plans and clearly articulate test hypotheses, success metrics and insights- Produce high-quality digital experiences through cross-browser and device testing- Seek and understand current industry trends/technologies to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition- Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes and strategies**Qualifications**- Strong web development and front-end design background (HTML/CSS/JS) is required
