As a member of our design group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products.
You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces.
This role requires a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, a mastery of design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with product teams and front-end and back-end engineers to design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for our products.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand standards and user needs.Manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality designs while fostering cross-functional teamwork.Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure product and platform consistency.Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with accessibility standards.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field.3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.Mastery of design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles and best practices.Knowledge of responsive design principles and web standards.Proven experience developing wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Strong collaboration skills, particularly in partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web programming languages is a plus.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems.Familiarity with accessibility standards, such as WCAG, and the ability to create inclusive, compliant designs.Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.Benefits:Full-time job, 100% payroll.Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR, holiday bonus, profit sharing).Vacation days (with vacation premium), federal holidays, 3 wellness days, and 2 sick days.Major medical health insurance (including direct dependents).Dental plan.Team-building activities.Psychological counseling sessions.Maternity leave and paternity leave.Flexibility for employees to attend school activities involving their children.Certification/training reimbursement and other career development initiatives.English language training.Monthly internet allowance
