Web-Lead Customer Service Representative

**What you'll do**:- Act as the primary contact for web-based Solar and Home Battery digital leads.- Initiate outbound text messages to current and prospective customers in order to generate interest in our products and services.- Record customer information and correspondence details accurately in Salesforce.- Communicate effectively and politely while adhering to established processes and procedures.- Explain Baker Electric Home Energy products and financing solutions to customers, including features and benefits, with confidence.- Transfer chats to the BEHE Care Team on occasion and accurately explain customer concerns.- Familiarity with working with multiple systems simultaneously- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.- Constantly collaborate with management to improve processes.- Attending company events and representing the Baker Electric Home Energy Customer Care team- ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:_- Baker Electric Home Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veteran._
