**Job Summary**: The Website Coordinator Assistant will play a critical role in the ongoing maintenance and development of our website. Working closely with the graphic design, sales, and web development team, this professional will help ensure that the website is an effective tool for promoting the brand, engaging with customers, and achieving the company's business objectives.
**Main responsibilities**:
1. CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
- Update and maintain the content of the website, including text, images, and multimedia.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure website content is relevant, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Make sure the content meets SEO standards and is user-friendly.
2. WEB DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:
- Collaborate with the web development team to request changes and improvements to the site.
- Perform functionality tests and ensure that the website is compatible with various browsers and mobile devices.
3. OPTIMIZATION OF THE USER EXPERIENCE:
- Collaborate in the creation and optimization of the user experience on the website.
- Ensure that navigation is intuitive and that users easily find the information they are looking for.
4. INTERDEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION:
- Work closely with the sales, graphic design, and web development team to ensure that the website reflects the company's strategy.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate their needs and objectives into the website.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Intermediate level written and conversational English.
- Availability to cover hours from 8 am to 5 pm (with 1 hour of lunch) from Monday to Friday.
- Own a computer.
- Internet connection of at least 20 MB
- Without problems of transfer to the area of Chapultepec (Twice a week).
- Agility to learn and memorize routines.
- University degree or equivalent experience (student) in administration, web design, web development, or related.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS, such as Shopify.
- Notion of the use and purpose of CSV files.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with members of different departments in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of their responsibilities and commitment to meet deliveries.
