You will build the team responsible for developing a new SEO-first website architecture for the company-based SSR static pages in React with a headless CMS as the backend.
Ensure the team has all the resources needed to succeed in their mission.

As a Website Engineering Manager, you will:
- Build and lead a team of senior developers.
- Contribute to building roadmap and OKR definitions.
- Articulate technical communication with senior management.
- Articulate technical communication with other teams.
- Evolve team member's professional careers and detect extraordinary individual contributors.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Extensive SEO Knowledge.
- Extensive development experience in React.
- Team management experience.
- Hiring experience (You love developing and growing people and have a track record doing it).
- Experience in encouraging a strong engineering culture in an agile environment.
