Welcome Call Agent

Primary Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to welcome our members, inform them of all their benefits, and schedule appointments for us to provide virtual tours.
- Use critical listening and thinking skills to identify our members needs and utilize our offerings to address those needs.
- As a critical part of our marketing strategy, our Welcome Call Agents are responsible for doing their best, every day, to create customer delight and build lasting relationships with our members.

About you:

- Great effort on the call floor
- Willingness to find a way to achieve objectives regardless of unforeseen challenges
- Natural ability to get things done. Comfortable with ambiguity, product iteration and
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills. Highly organized.
