In this role, you will be welcoming our new customers by informing them about specifics on their new accounts and confirming information in case further contact is needed.
You will provide customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values.

Job Functions:
• Make a standard number of outgoing phone calls on new NMAC/IFS accounts while staying available for incoming phone calls, in order to welcome the customer to our company, confirm demographics, and inform them about specifics on their accounts.
• Utilize all tools available for researching customer information that can lead to contact.
• Direct the call to a specific department when special situations are discussed, in order to resolve questions or concerns.
• Assist customers with registration to our website and enrollment in recurring payments.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
• Understanding of auto finance to service new accounts.
• Ability to diagnose situations and apply appropriate tools while adhering to all Federal and State regulations as well as company policy.
• Good oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; BA degree preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
