RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Weld Manufacturing Engineer Sr.**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD CRA**Function**: Manufacturing Engineering**Major Purpose**:Responsible for the development and implementation of a new weld robotic and manual line.**Main Responsibilities**:- New line procurement process: fixture and system design, fabrication revision, run off, etc- New line design for a transfer line and a new line- Implementation of weld line in the operation (robot and manual)- Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for new line and transferred line.- Provides support and trouble shooting once implemented. Investigates, gathers and analyze data and implement solutions.- Dimensional release process of product.- Innovates and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of moderate scope.- Develops and implements plans to support lean manufacturing through the Deere Production System of moderate scope. Designs operations layouts. Improves material flow and material presentation.- Leads team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency of moderate scope.- Leads analysis, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology.- Analyzes and makes modifications to existing performance pay plans; assists in development of baseline data for new performance pay plans.**What Skills and Experience You Need**:- Experience on weld manufacturing process- Experience in weld complex line design (Dc, method development - time standard, resource calculation - qty of fixtures, system design)- Experience in dimensional release for weld process product both manual and robot- OFP ME Weld background- OFP ME Fab background- Knowledge and experience of Manufacturing Design deliverables of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design- New processes implementation- Weld troubleshoot experience- Working knowledge of database management tools- Knowledge of capital budgeting and capital equipment justification process- Knowledge of general accounting in support of establishing and managing departmental operating budgets.- Understanding of employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules appropriate for the unit
