GENERAL DESCRIPTION
It is responsible for ensuring that new personnel have the skill, knowledge, attitude and aptitude for the manufacturing and painting processes by teaching the course.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Professional Career in Pedagogy or other.
3 years of experience as an instructor or similar position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Knowledge of E-Coat and Powder welding and painting processes.
Skill in preparing and teaching courses.
Management of Microsoft Office
Ease of speech
Leadership
Teamwork
Planning and organization
Work under pressure
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Select new staff through interviews.
Manage resources of labor, raw materials, equipment and machinery.
Ensure that new personnel obtain the skills and knowledge in welding and painting processes.
Encourage and motivate new staff, ensuring their stay in the company. - Generate security agents from our employees.
Ensure that new employees know the importance of the quality of our products.
Participate in security activities.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
