.**Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?****Would you like the opportunity to work in a global energy company?****Join our team!****Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**- Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics- Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation- Develop long range forecast for region resource needs- Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training- Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.- Handles latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.- Handles diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Resource Management.**Desired Characteristics**- Strong oral and written communication skills.
