If you have experience and enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and building strong relationships we'd love to hear from you!You will:- Provide group and 1:1 wellness support to Contributors managing sensitive projects.- Assess team wellness needs and develop a comprehensive wellness program- Develop and maintain a repository of self-care wellness resources.- Support the HR team in staff onboarding and off-boarding.- Support the Training team to develop a curriculum for personal development and wellness programs.- Develop mechanisms to assess well-being management and identify any trends to advise strategies to manage and enhance employee wellness.- Conduct administrative duties as needed, including reporting.- Govern execution of wellness activities to ensure that professionalism, code of ethics, confidentiality are maintained.- Be the ambassador for wellbeing within Scale and its partners.Ideally you'd have:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.- Master's degree in a related field OR currently attending a Master's program- You hold, or are working towards, licensure as a counselor or a talk therapist.- Experience working with a young multicultural workforce in remote environments.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain neutrality, impartiality, and confidentiality in all aspects of work undertaken.- Ability to handle issues with empathy.- Excellent skills in organization, attention to detail, and time management.- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and needs and willingness to work across different shifts.Note: This role is a part-time, contract position.- About Us:- We believe that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work, which is why we are proud to be an affirmative action employer and inclusive and equal opportunity workplace.
