**Western Security Coordinator****Your task and Responsabilities**:- Ensure effective security through development and implementation of plans, programs and guidelines to provide for the protection of the company's assets in the site Current knowledge of internal regulations and guidelines, as well as key security processes and guidelines and procedures relating to security (e.G. Site Security, Field Security, IT-Security, etc.) and ensuring that these are implemented and taken into account at the local level as far as possible (e.G. with respect to group policies, corporate compliance initiatives and local laws/regulations).- This comprises both local/regional guidelines as well as guidelines from the Group and/or BAG-RC Corporate Security Planning, coordination,management and monitoring requirements with regards to site security, personnel security, Security on Fields; contribute to the preservation of the company's human and physical resources by evaluating practices, conducting audits and monitoring compliance with Group and Local Guidelines and Policies.- Ensure and maintain a functioning framework for cargo security in the site (in close cooperation with respective Corporate Transportation), including the coordination of escorts, review of the transport units (in compliance with Group Guidelines, Local Cargo Polices and local laws) Assist and/or conduct criminal investigations which relate to compliance issues such as theft investigations (contact to local authorities, gathering of evidence which can be used in court), internal investigations re loss of Know-How, cyber-crime, risk to employees, etc.- These should be conducted in close cooperation with the corresponding function(s) such as HR, Legal Department and Internal Audit as well as with Local Security Manager.- Perform and document security audits as required and/or mandated using the BAG-RC Corporate Security audit tools (Site Security, C-TPAT, Risk & Crisis Management, etc.) as a guiding basis in close cooperation with HSEQ and relevant Subgroups/Bus Be an active member of the world wide Security Community structure.**Who you are**:- Professional experience, ideally with security background.- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to act Good- Written and spoken English skills- Incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all levels of Management.- High level of confidentiality Team-oriented leadership skills & experience with community management.**Período de aplicación**:- 31 de mayo al 13 de junio**Código de referencia**:- 818663**División**:- Enabling Functions**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Jalisco : Guadalajara**Área funcional**:- Administración y servicios**Grado de posición**:- VS 1.1**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
