.Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the implementation of multiple large scale transition efforts. As the Regional specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the large regional customer-centric team in the delivery of expert support and end to end service delivery for workforce administration (hires, changes, exits, mass transactions, organizational changes), lifecycle services and related processes and tools. Viewed as a specialist you have a tactical role supporting the compliance, productivity and efficiency of your domain HR processes and tools. As the regional specialist you will ensure the implementation of regional best practices. You will use operational experience and expertise, data-driven insights, and business acumen to identify the greatest areas of opportunity to Elevate the Employee Experience at GE Aerospace.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupports Regional Service Delivery team and the operational execution of program events and respond to employee and HR service ticket requests and management of level 1 escalations.Supports the effort to build a 'catching' organization during the transition, provides input to immediate and future support needs and operational frameworks.Supports the transitional team during interim transitional period.Services include HR operational service areas such as: employee transactional support, mass transactions, complex organization reorganizations, employee data management, employee lifecycle management, HR systems help desk, problem escalations, etc.Supports execution transitional planning and any accelerated 'catching'.Service Performance - Review KPI performance, variance commentary and actions to improve through established LEAN routines (e.G. MOR).Quality Assurance - Provides key inputs/outputs to proactively identify and resolve issues.Vendor Relationship Management – Provides input in quarterly reviews with vendors to drive performance, strengthen collaborative efforts and delivery of shared success.Events - Supports event readiness (operations, technology, audience).Audit and compliance – Supports delivery of process changes in response to audit and compliance issues.Direct and Indirect Team Leadership - Support teams in the execution and delivery of operational services by modelling a culture of continuous improvement regarding HR Operational customer focus and process delivery.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor degree from an accredited university/college.Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.Experience working in Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery.Desired CharacteristicsAbility to document, plan, and execute programs.Ability to work independently by coordinating with others and operating within a defined budget.Ability to work under broad or limited supervision.Articulate, adaptable, with excellent inter-personal and cross-cultural skills
