Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Confie, a leader in the service industry, is looking for bilingual agents for our Call Center in Tijuana. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and are passionate about providing quality service, we want to meet you!
**Job Summary**:
Home Office Customer Service Representative
**Overview**: In this role, you will assist clients with making appointments, setting up their products, and answering general questions related to Car Breathalyzer installations.
**Schedule**:Training**:
**Monday to Friday**: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM
**Important Note**:
You will need to attend one month of on-site training. During this period, training is fully paid. After the training period, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment to work from home.
**Operations Schedule**:
**Monday**: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
**Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday**: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
**Days Off**: Thursday and Sunday
**Requirements**:
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment (required)
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
