WERLD is focused on developing a strong engineering foundation in order to prepare participants for the variety of career paths available within Whirlpool's Global Product Organization. Program participants benefit from impactful assignments, global team projects, integrated training, and formal coaching and mentoring programs over the course of this 3-5 year experience. The selected candidates must have availability to work on a full-time basis on a 4 days on site work scheme in one of our locations: Rio Claro / SP or Joinville / SC - Brazil.
