About the role Wholesale Intern will be responsible to support Dealer Development working in activities to increase control to the processes, reporting & validating intern/legal documentation.
Wholesale department is in charge to contribute to the development and maintenance of the commercial relationship with the dealer network, attending financing, product, plans & administration services requests.Location: Monterrey, NLTime Availability: 4-5 hours daily Hybrid Workscheme: 3 Days at the office & 2 Days WFH What you need Active bachelor's degree student in Administration, Finance, Economy, Accounting or majors related.
With at least 12 months prior to graduation dateTime Availiability: 4-5 hours dailyEffective communication (written & spoken)Planning and organizing time to set priorities.Teamwork abilityGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office & Visio.
What you will be doing Responsible to update Credit File.
This is the file used to control documentation used forcredit line establishments & renewals.Monthly update report with Guarantees of our dealer network.Follow up to Insurance Policies of Used Car Floor Plan & Facilities.
(Credit File and WIS)Generate Credit Bureau reports & validate World Compliance.Support with the identification and follow up of the financial information of dealer network.Follow up to account managers action plans requested to dealerships.
