Wholesale Intern

Overview:**Wholesale Intern** will be responsible to support Administration, Audits and Dealer Development working inactivities to increase control to the processes, reporting & validating intern/legal documentation.Wholesale department is in charge to contribute to the development and maintenance of the commercialrelationship with the dealer network, attending financing, product, plans & administration services requests.**Location**: Monterrey, NL**Time Availibity**:4-5 hours per day**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to update Credit File. File used to control documentation used for credit lineestablishments & renewals.- Responsible of sending documentation for storage with Iron Mountain.- Monthly update report with Guarantees of our dealer network.- Follow up to Insurance Policies of Used Car Floor Plan & Facilities. (Credit File and WIS)- Generate Credit Bureau reports & validate World Compliance.- Support with the identification and follow up of the financial information of dealer network.- Follow up to account managers action plans requested to dealerships.- Support complement validation, payment follow up, audit control & action plans- Monitor field representatives working tools. (PDA)- Control and establishment of guides to send packages.- Validation of UCFP (used car floor plan) Invoices to request their release.Qualifications:- Active Student of Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related, with at least 12 months prior to graduation.- Effective communication (written & spoken)- Planning and organizing time in order to set priorities.- Teamwork ability- General knowledge of Microsoft Office & Visio.LI-MONDisclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
