About the role:
The **Wholesale Sr. Representative** is responsible of the administration and control as well of the collections of units and Floor Plan interests of the Wholesale credit related services and products that are provided to the GM Dealer Network in Mexico and Peru, ensuring compliance of the corporate policies and procedures.
This position is in change of contributing to the development and maintenance of the commercial relationship with the GM Dealer Network in Mexico and Peru.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar.
- Advanced English skills is a must.
- 1 year of previous job experience in administrative areas.
- Motivation and ability to meet customer expectations and demands.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Access desirable).
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Large database handling experience.
- High organizational skills. Monitoring and follow up skills.
What you will be doing:
- Administration of processes and permissions related to the products and services offered to the GM Dealer Network in Mexico and Peru.
- Collections of Floor Plan interest charges, monthly installment of Dealer loans, capital reductions and units delivered to the end-customer in Mexico and Peru.
- Follow-up to clarification of unidentified payments.
- Follow-up of units in double financing.
- Report information in Credit Bureau about the Dealer's credit lines.
- Reporting the availability of the Dealer's credit lines to GM.
- Comply with the SLAs of the different processes (internal and external) to ensure successful compliance of the annual objectives.
- Responsible of identifying efficiencies and implement automation in the current processes.
