DescriptionThe Health & Benefits Analyst role is an entry-level position designed to help you build a strong foundation in data management and fundamental analysis. You will be responsible for accurately gathering and inputting data, assisting with preliminary study, and preparing basic reports under the supervision of senior team members. The Analyst learns and applies relevant software tools and participates in quality checks and research to support projects.
