)Basic understanding on virtualization concepts (E.g.
: VMware/Nutanix – Hyperconverged Infrastructure)Basic networking concepts and OSI modelScripting or automation knowledge would be plus (PowerShell/python etc.
)Physical Server hardware knowledge would be plus (HPE/Cisco etc.
)Basic cloud knowledge on Azure/AWS/GCP etc.Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)Able to handle the customers over the voice/email/chat etc.Passion and accountability for the environment you will be responsibleEnthusiasm to learn and Adopt technologies and hardworking in nature.The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
