As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational health of Micron's core computing resources.Key Responsibilities:Maintain systems by keeping them tuned and compliant with company standards for optimum performance and capacity utilization.Provide 24x7 on-call technical support and expertise for customer issues and service provider escalation.Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure conformance.Continually work to improve operations by defining and adhering to established service and operational level agreements.Requirements:Good knowledge and understanding of Windows Server Operating System (2012/2016/2019 etc.
)Basic understanding of virtualization concepts (E.g.
: VMware/Nutanix – Hyperconverged Infrastructure)Scripting or automation knowledge would be plus (PowerShell/python etc.
)Physical Server hardware knowledge would be plus (HPE/Cisco etc.
