If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Windows Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the GCE Backend Sr. Manager, the Windows Systems Analyst role involves administering and maintaining the organization's information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.What a typical day looks like:Responsible for providing technical administrative and implementation support for business applications and backend hardware and Windows operating systems.Ensuring ITIL practices are always followed diligently.Responsible for enforcing IT Governance and best practices focused on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation, and setup of the IT infrastructure.Knowledge of core components such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Clustering.Build and deploy new servers, physical and virtual infrastructure.Administration of ESX servers & VMs, P2V, V2V migrations, cloning, and template creation.Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems.Ensure monitoring and controls are in place to ensure the stability of the systems.Proactive monitoring of enterprise systems to ensure they are adequately sized to meet the dynamic requirements of the business solutions.ServiceNow ticket resolution and documentation.Follow-up with proper root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions.Ensure systems are always up to date in terms of security patches.Propose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree.Intermediate English.Mid-level experience in a similar position.Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.Project management.Experience with server hardware administration.Knowledge in VMware & virtual solutions.Network protocols and troubleshooting.Flexible working hours.Cloud knowledge (AWS & Azure) is a plus.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive salary.Life & medical insurance.Christmas bonus.Food coupons.Saving fund.Life insurance
