If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Wire Commodity Buyer**, based in our **E-Systems, Divisional Office (Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México)**.As a Wire Commodity buyer, you will have the opportunity to support Lear cross functional team objectives and projects**Your Tasks will be**- Identify, validate and implement savings ideas to meet annual established targets- Supplier Relationship Management- Complete analyses required to negotiate the most competitive agreement possible for new business awarded to suppliers.- Prepare and document agreements and contracts for new business and changes to current business.- Lead and be a problem solver for supplier day to day issues- Prepare annual budgets to share estimated volume visibility with suppliers for capacity planning- Manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for current business and new programs- Maintain purchase order integrity: Prices, incoterms, lead times, capacity, other- Support manufacturing plants with supplier changes, escalation issues- Support Accounts Payable team for price discrepancies issues- Support and engage in cross functional team projects and initiatives: Program Management, CTO, Engineering, Commercial, Cost & Pricing & Quality**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor´s Degree in business, accounting, engineering or any related field- At least 2 years in purchasing functions on the automotive Industry- MS Office proficient and advance Excel- SRM, SAP, and QAD Knowledge- Strong negotiation and analytical skills- Bilingual (English /Spanish)LI-DNI
