Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering preferred.Main Functions:Responsibility: Expanded area of responsibility, including assignment of various Wiring Design processes. May assign tasks and guide junior level engineers.Design: Process and manage design work packages, deviation processing and other engineering tasks of medium complexity using the DTNA product structure management and documentation release processes and platforms (CHS, IMACS, IMACS+, ERS+, SMARAGD).Validation: Verify that Wiring Design standards are met during the design release process in coordination with the wiring design supervisor.Deliverables: Manage and prioritize the assigned work packages considering project and planned released dates.Issue Resolution: Provide guidance to the Design Engineering teams on containment actions and permanent solutions.KPIs: Assure engineering activities support targets for all relevant DTNA Engineering Key Performance Indicators.Continuous Improvement: Support creation and implementation of CI Initiatives for Design Optimization.Communication: Maintain close communication with the Engineering Teams across regions.Diversity and InclusionAt Daimler Truck, we promote diversity and stand for an inclusive corporate culture.
