Are you client orientated with high-risk awareness?- We're looking for a WM Operations & Onboarding Analyst to:- perform daily 4-eye check of market trades and monitor unaffirmed trades- manage transactional and documentation queries from counterparties, front office and finance- ensure control processes and procedures for reconciliation and payments comply with our standards, policies and regulatory requirements- support clients, regulatory and audit requirements on a regular and ad-hoc basis- provide support to internal and external clients with reporting and ad-hoc projects including process review and changes- responsible for the life cycle of client information files administered by Data & Documents**Your team**- You'll be working with the Operations & Onboarding WM Team in Mexico. We are responsible for accurate and timely processing of transactions and events, including booking and handling of queries. As a client data and process specialist, you will play a key role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients.**Your expertise**- bachelors degree or equivalent in banking, business administration, finance, or a related field- minimum 2 years' experience in an operations and onboarding environment- understanding of trade lifecycle, products and client setup- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills- collaborator with strong business analytical and problem solving skills- service oriented, organized, and able to adjust communication style to audience- Fluent in English and Spanish**About us**- UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
