The UGBU product managementwork primarily revolves around unifying the strengths of strategy, marketing, and technicalities toachieve common business target and is responsible for setting directions for the products owned andmanaged by the UGBU, as well as assisting the sales force to achieve optimal results.This position is to become a member of UGBU Product Management team, specifically responsible forPremise),** focusing on** **Work and Asset Management solutions**.**Responsibilities include creation and maintenance "to be" business process models available "off-the-shelf" for customers, known as UtilitiesReference Models (URMs)We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and technical skills who is eager to learn newThe position requires to work as part of a global team in collaboration with product development, consulting, and sales personnel.Player with strong interpersonal skills, however capable to work independently. The position requiresvery good written and verbal communication skills.**Responsibilities**:- create and describe business process models, define and document business process based solutions, identify required solution architecture elements, be responsible for final customer facing deliverables- gather and analyze requirements, work with various sources of documentation including product documentation and designs- work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, Product Development to ensure that information provided in the URMs is correct, complete and presented in most appropriate manner- maintain existing Utilities Reference Models for product lines and solutions and incorporate- collaborate with QA and Testing team and provide required materials to test business processes and solutionsRequired Skills and Experience- experience in Utilities Industry( 7+ years), good understanding of work and asset management concepts and functrionality- business process modelling and design experience ( 1+years)- experience creating business models using BPMN and/or UML- proficient at use of Microsoft Office products including Visio and Word- technical background (knowledge of systems architecture, databases, programming)- strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities Applications preferred- global experience preferred- consulting engagement experience- strong analytical skills- excellent interpersonal skills- good English written and verbal communication skills- quick learner, self-starter, self-motivator- a fine eye for details (care with wording, document formatting, following standards, etc
