With a highly skilled and experienced professional team, they have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner has the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.**As a Jr. Accountant, some of your main activities will be**:- Analyze and post journal entries to the General Ledger for a given accounting period for an assigned portfolio.- Prepare and deliver Financial Statement packages for an assigned portfolio of Condominium and/or Homeowners Associations. Perform necessary corrections and adjustments as needed within 24 hours for re-review and approval of financials.- Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded. Identify, investigate, resolve, and/or report on discrepancies.- Research, analyze, identify, and explain any variances or unexplained items on the Income Statement and changes on the Balance Sheet.- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data and reports from our various accounting-related systems.- Provide assistance to Property Managers and Regional Directors on accounting matters related to the assigned portfolio.- Analyze and post end-of-year audit entries.**WORK SCHEDULE****_ MONDAY - FRIDAY_****During US Daylight Saving Time**:- 6:30 AM. - 3:30 PM. **CST MEX.****Standard Time**:- 7:30 AM. - 4:30 PM. **CST MEX.****THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
