**As an Accounts Payable Analyst, some of your main activities will be**:
- Support the Accounting Team with administrative duties.
- Receive, review, and complete data entry of electronic invoices received for multiple communities.
- Work within payables software to ensure accuracy, approvals, coding, etc.
- Communicate with utility companies to transfer billing and payment of client utility accounts.
- Communicate with vendors to request tax and insurance information as needed and assist them in getting qualified through our vendor compliance platform.
- Assist with other accounts payable projects assigned.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday - Friday
- 10:00 AM. - 7:00 PM. **CST MEX.**
**During US Daylight Saving Time**:
- 9:00 AM. - 6:00 PM. **CST MEX.**

**Requirements**:
- **Advanced** **English** **Skills**.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar position.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).
- Advanced Excel and Outlook knowledge.
- Tech Savvy.
