This person must be proactive, and detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. What You Will Do:
- Be responsible for managing and promoting the development of the recruiters in your charge.
- Generate evaluation and productivity reports, measuring management indicators.
- Coordinate the work team.
