This role combines deep technical expertise with business leadership to engage with clients, understand their challenges, and propose innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding BairesDev's value proposition, ensuring your team delivers scalable, high-quality technology solutions tailored to client needs and business goals.What You'll Do:- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business and technology challenges, acting as the technical face of the company during the sales process.- Prepare and deliver technical pitches, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase BairesDev's capabilities.- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain, leading the design and validation of technical solutions that align with client business goals.- Develop and enhance the Circle's service offerings, driving innovation and value creation for clients while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth and client satisfaction.- Collaborate with other Circle Heads to create multi-disciplinary solutions leveraging the full range of BairesDev's capabilities, fostering cross-functional partnerships.- Grow and mentor a team of Technical Managers and SMEs, focusing on career development, performance management, and technical leadership.What we are looking for:- 10+ years of experience in Software IT, with a proven track record in solution architecture, sales engineering, and technical leadership.- Expertise in at least one of the following domains: AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Quality.- Client-facing experience, including pre-sales engagements, technical presentations, and solution design.- Proven thought leadership in your domain, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for growing and nurturing high-performing technical teams.- Deep technical knowledge in AI, Cloud, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or Quality, with hands-on experience in architecting and delivering scalable solutions.- Sales engineering proficiency, translating client needs into technical solutions and articulating value propositions effectively.- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, XP, etc.).How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere)
