We seek outstanding Junior Data Analytics to join BairesDev's Research & Development Team (R&D).Our R&D team is essential to our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue annually, so we only hire the best of the best. What You Will Do:
- Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.
- Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.
- Collaborate with data product managers to build excellent data products.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Help to spread a data-driven mindset and to improve data literacy. Be a data evangelist.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience working with analytics, BI, statistics, or other related areas.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
- Very good communication skills, capacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users.
- Advanced English level.
