PMO Assistant at BairesDev

We are looking for a PMO Assistant to join our PMO team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with strong organizational skills who are comfortable handling multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail. What You Will Do:

- Be responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of information and processes in BairesDev.

Examine and update existing data to ensure its consistency.
- Ensure correct compliance with established processes.
- Support the PMO Manager in the creation and implementation of new processes.
- Collaborate with the implementation of new initiatives for the company.
- Look for new ideas and disruptive and original solutions.
- Prepare reports and monitor KPIs.

Here's what we are looking for:

- At least three years of related work experience is required.
- Excel and Office Suite administration.
- Experience in IT companies or consulting will be valued.
- Proactivity.
- Advanced English level.
