**As a Remote Property Management Receptionist, you will be responsible for the customer service processes, delivering satisfaction while complying with procedures and rules set by the company.
Some of your main activities will be**:
- Transfer calls to the appropriate extension when required.
- Work hand to hand with internal departments to meet the customer's needs
- Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints using computer systems and databases.
- Maintains database, updating changes as they occur.
- Research minor accounting/financial issues.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
- 8:00 AM.

**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (Verbal and Writing).
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Administrative Assistant, or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office 365 knowledge.
- Advance Google Suite knowledge
- Ability to Multitask.
- Tech Savvy
