Python Engineer Manager (Scraper Team) at BairesDev
We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Engineer Manager to lead our Scraper Team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the development of a new product, collaborating closely with Product Management, Architects, and the CTO. You will be responsible for building and growing a high-performing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Management to define the product roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.
- Work closely with Architects and team leads to define the product's architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including driving scrum meetings and ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Actively participate in the development and testing of key product features, maintaining a hands-on approach.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
- 5+ years of experience with Python, with strong expertise in web scraping.
- Proven experience in team building, coaching, and collaboration.
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to align technical efforts with company goals and provide visibility into business metrics.
- Ability to design end-to-end modular solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
- Expertise in event-driven architecture within AWS (SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambdas).
Bonus Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with APIs and REST systems.
