In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the development of a new product, collaborating closely with Product Management, Architects, and the CTO. You will be responsible for building and growing a high-performing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. What You'll Do: Build and grow a talented engineering team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.Collaborate with Product Management to define the product roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.Work closely with Architects and team leads to define the product's architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.Manage the project lifecycle, including driving scrum meetings and ensuring timely delivery of features.Actively participate in the development and testing of key product features, maintaining a hands-on approach.
