This professional will be responsible for designing, creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing the content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey to meet the users' needs while achieving the business goals.What You Will Do:Create engaging and effective online content (microcopy, labels, page body copy, error messages, tooltips, help articles, emails, documents, and announcements).Create content for portal products, software applications, and user communications.
