We are looking for an outstanding Software Development Engineer and Test Tech Lead to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team.Our R&D team is an essential part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue each year, so we only hire the best of the best. What You Will Do:
- Evaluate current testing processes and methodologies to efficiently support the QA team.
- Create, deploy, and maintain an automated testing infrastructure.
- Manage automated testing activities for our software solutions.
- Analyze, write, and execute test scripts based on each requirement.
- Use ticket tracking software to work on and manage tickets and bugs.
- Be creative and suggest ways to improve the working environment.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience with tracking and testing tools, including test case management and project planning.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java
- Previous experience with test automation, including the creation and management of test environments.
- Experience with a variety of technologies, both desktop and web-based.
- Tools and issue tracking.
- Advanced level of English.
