What You Will Do:

- Propose innovative and data-driven solutions to track hard-to-find profiles.
- Define objective search filters to find hyper-targeted leads.

Here's what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience with search engines (LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub).
- Previous experience in Talent Recruitment.
- Experience in the IT Industry head-hunting.
- Advanced English level.
