Some of your main activities will be**:- Work hand to hand with internal departments to meet the customer's needs.- Entering EFT Forms into the company's software (Vantaca).- Scan payment checks to the corresponding Bank.- Send Welcome Letters to new Homeowners of the associations.- Work with Worker Comp. Audit Requests.- Homeowner Assessment Billing.**WORK SCHEDULE**- **Monday - Friday**_:- 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm. CST.- Daylight Saving Time:_- 7:00 am. - 4:00 pm.
