Key Deliverables
Grant security access to HR systems and tools following security protocols
Support new HR technology implementations
Support testing efforts related to HR technology
Conduct data audits to ensure data quality and compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and procedures
Provide general reporting support to the HR and Business community through the preparation and delivery of systematically generated data
Consults with end users on mid-level to complex reporting solutions and reporting schedules
Executes test scripts for testing of new data elements and releases
Designs and maintains the HR Data Model and ensures that just one source of master data exists for each HR process
Support other HR Specialists by designing customized reports and providing source data
Runs regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be corrected
Perform ongoing maintenance of Workday LMS in the following ways:
Loading content and managing course content updates to ensure on-time delivery
Deploying externally procured digital learning content based on needs assessments
Managing and maintaining Workday LMS curricula and courses as needed
Running reports and conducting analysis to monitor key metrics and drive adoption
Assisting users with Workday LMS inquiries and requests
Creating and maintaining employee training records for Instructor-Led Training
Auditing records to ensure learning attendance is documented for all programs after training course closes
Calculate training costs and send chargeback information to Finance, if applicable; capture training cost in database to drive ROI and other metrics
Resolve escalated inquiries from Customer Service Rep./Functional Specialists regarding system inquiries or issues

**Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
1-2 years service center experience with direct customer interaction
Expertise in use of HR digital tools and technology strongly preferred
Proven time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency
Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards
Ability to establish effective professional working relationships
Problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation
Able to run reports, conduct audits and interpret data to conduct analysis
Consistent exercise of judgment and escalation as necessary to resolve problems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
Highly proficient in use of applicable HR technology and MS Office
Experience with Workday HR Reporting and data visualization tools
Contingent Workforce Management Reporting
Calculated fields in Workday for reporting is a plus
PowerBI knowledge is a plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
**Multi-lingual fluency**: English (required) plus one or more of the following: Spanish, Portuguese
