.We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team and take our HR systems and processes to the next level. As the Workday HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for configuring changes in Workday aligned with business requirements, managing advanced reporting and analytics, overseeing system integrations, and driving continuous improvements in People Operations. This role reports to the Associate Director, HRIS.**Responsibilities**:- Configure changes in Workday to align with business requirements and ensure comprehensive unit testing.- Develop advanced reports, including creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, to provide accurate data and insights to the HR team and the wider organization.- Monitor and configure current Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Security Business Processes and create new ones as needed to optimize HR operations.- Regularly evaluate the current state of the system and integrations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement based on stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.- Analyze the impact of Workday's bi-annual updates and ensure a smooth transition while maximizing system functionality.- Manage project deliverables, milestones, and specified tasks related to HRIS projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.- Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and functionality.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, resolve Internal Operations transaction issues, and implement process enhancements.- Contribute to system strategy, security, and governance, ensuring compliance and data security best practices.- Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements in collaboration with colleagues to meet evolving business needs.**Requirements**:- 3-5 years of experience in a technical Workday role with hands-on experience in areas such as Security, Report Writing, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.- Strong business process configuration experience within Workday.- Proficiency in data analysis and complex report building is a plus.- Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement.- Excellent integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data.- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to provide timely follow-up and resolution.- Action-oriented mindset with excellent follow-through, working well independently and in teams in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.- Advanced English skills required.LI-AC1LI-Hybrid**About Media.Monks**:Media
