We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a DevOps Lead Must-Have Skills Workday HCM implementation experience · MUST HAVE ACTIVE EAS WORKDAY CERTIFICATION Key Responsibilities: Training and Certification: Seeking candidates with HCM functional/technical backgrounds on any enterprise platform. Training provided on Workday HCM and technical skills. Active Workday Certification required. Leadership: Nearshore lead for Functional/Technical workstreams. And collaborate with onshore leads and Global Delivery Center team. Project Execution: Apply AMS and implementation methodologies in Workday engagements. Handle day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and work requests. Experience: Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Principal Consultant. 5-7 years in Corporate Applications portfolio and 3-5 years in client-facing roles. 3-5 years in Workday Functional Module or Integrations. Skills and Knowledge: Deep understanding of SLA constructs and adherence. Knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, and security. Ability to lead multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create high business impact. Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and consistent follow-ups. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience. Travel: Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel if needed. Support: Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required. Solution Conceptualization: Build business cases and conceptualize solutions. Project Support: Conduct technical audits and optimize solutions.
