We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **DevOps Lead**
Must-Have **Skills**
- Workday HCM implementation experience
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE EAS WORKDAY CERTIFICATION
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Training and Certification:
- Training provided on Workday HCM and technical skills.
- Active Workday Certification required.
- Leadership: Nearshore lead for Functional/Technical workstreams. And collaborate with onshore leads and Global Delivery Center team.
- Project Execution:
- Handle day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and work requests.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Principal Consultant.
- 5-7 years in Corporate Applications portfolio and 3-5 years in client-facing roles.
- 3-5 years in Workday Functional Module or Integrations.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of SLA constructs and adherence.
- Knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, and security.
- Ability to lead multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create high business impact.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and consistent follow-ups.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Travel: Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel if needed.
- Support: Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
- **Solution Conceptualization**:Build business cases and conceptualize solutions.
- **Project Support**:Conduct technical audits and optimize solutions.
- **Asset Development and Governance**:Ensure adoption and improvement of enterprise assets.
- **Business Development Support**:Assist in RFP responses and client presentations.
