Workday Hcm Consultant - Remote Work

Workday HCM integration Development using Workday SDLC Project life cycle. (Discovery, Plan, Architect/Prototype, Testing, Deployment and Postproduction support).- Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday Studio (preferable), Core connector, EIB and 3rd party Integration (PICOF/PECI).- Preferable Workday HCM module knowledge in Core HR, Recruiting, absence/Time Tracking, Payroll.- Good to have workday HCM Integration certification.- Fully utilize the Workday toolset to build robust integration solutions.- Good experience with programming languages XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services, BIRT.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs.- Ability to execute and work integration activities independently.- Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.- Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods, to all levels of the organization.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Descuento de gimnasio- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Workday consultant experienceIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
