You will be a critical member of the Clorox's People& Technology Team. This is an opportunity to learn and grow.Primary responsibilities will be to support Clorox's Workday platform. With the opportunity to span into other Workday modules at Clorox - Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Reporting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.Day to day work can span from run the business, business process configuration, ServiceNow tickets, special projects, internal consulting & troubleshooting.In this role, you will:- Perform Workday daily maintenance, system configuration, test, validate and implement business processes and enhancements within Workday modules to meet business needs.- Partner with functional business process owners regarding Workday data & process knowledge.- Support integrations team with data validation & testing.- Audit Workday system data, maintain data integrity, identify and report findings of data irregularities.- Support Workday releases and feature enhancements, rolling adoption items and projects.-- Leverage business and Workday knowledge for driving innovation and identify opportunities for process improvements to support long term business goals- Consult with business owners and technical teams to understand requirements, configure, prototype and test Workday solutions for varying business requirement- Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process issues; performing scheduled activities; What we look for:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience- 2+ years with direct Workday support and HRIS experience with configuration expertise (minimum 2 modules): HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Security, Reporting & Analytics- Functional knowledge of general HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB data loads and data delivery, and experience with standard testing procedures- Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with a willingness to learn and support multiple modulesWorkplace type:Hybrid.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
