Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. **Responsibilities**:
- Performs workforce analytics, monitoring, assessing, and analyzing and/or evaluating workforce data.
- Performs short and long term capacity planning analysis. Makes judgments and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
- Independently identifies capacity issues and recommends solutions.
- Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area.
- Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
- Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and Makes recommendations. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.

conceptos y cálculos clave de Workforce Management (FTE, Availability, Utilización, etc)

**Responsabilidades**:
- Generar los análisis de Capacity Plan (Corto Mediano y/o Largo plazo) del negocio
- Gestión e ingesta de información para los análisis requeridos
- Presentación de resultados de análisis a su manager directo y la Dirección de WFM
- Solucionar y/o escalar impedimentos o riesgos a tiempo, así como generar un plan alterno (propuesta) de solución.
- Emitir recomendaciones para la gestión de planta de los diferentes puestos de sucursal.
- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión de planta.
Calificaciones
- 0-2 Años de experiência en manejo de indicadores, gestión de planta y finanzas
- Manejo Intermedio de Office (Comprobable) Power Point, Word, Excel (Tablas Dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficas, etc)
- Presentaciones ejecutivas
- Habilidad de negociación
- Gran capacidad de análisis y síntesis
- Conocimiento en herramientas de programación Python (Deseable)
- Conocimiento en Tableau para generación de reportes (Deseable)
