**Responsibilities**:
- Performs workforce analytics, monitoring, assessing, and analyzing and/or evaluating workforce data.
- Performs short and long term capacity planning analysis.
Makes judgments and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
- Independently identifies capacity issues and recommends solutions.
- Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area.
- Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.

**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 5 years of related experience (Finance, Math, Computer Science, Workforce Management)
- Advanced analysis and reporting skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

- Ability to analyze data trends for operational risk and efficiencies; prepare a concise presentation of findings and recommendations to share with business partners.
Understanding of financial cost impacts to compliment and strengthen business recommendations.
- Detail oriented with good organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with all levels, including senior management, as a business partner with good verbal and written skills.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Branches knowledge or experience is recommended or considered helpful to do the job.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, to be able to prioritize work, set goals and complete work by designated deadlines; ability to work independently.
- Excellent technical skills required.
