Workforce Development Coordinator

**Requirements**:- Active VISA is a MUST- Collect and effectively communicate information to and from assigned counterparts, including Product Delivery, Human Resources, and Workforce Development- Support the overall workforce development strategy for Envision by WorldStrides full time, part-time, and seasonal teams- Schedule, track, and evaluate new employee onboarding, ongoing learning and coaching, and leadership development- Develops, recommends, regularly monitors and reports on strategies, staffing requirements and results.- Create processes for tracking attendance and participation in regular talent development and coaching sessions for new and experienced team members focusing on operational skills, program specific competencies, customer service, management, project management, and personal development.- Create a model for tracking individual performance, identify opportunities for performance coaching.- Identifies issues, develops, coordinates and implements mitigation strategies to re-balance resources to meet Envision Service Values.- Track and manage seasonal staffing placement and travel logistics- Monitor and manage assigned deadlines- Use established tools and systems to assess seasonal team needs and communicate assignments to seasonal team members- Partner with Team Member Care individuals to support and track new hire orientation and proficiency- Research opportunities for meaningful talent development sessions based on team feedback and current business goals.
