The role will ensure our global diversity data is accurate and drives strategic decision making.- The role will provide HR analytics to support functions within HR, specifically Global Inclusion and Diversity. Helping to understand the effectiveness of processes such as hiring, retention, development and promotions.- The role will support the development of our core analytics technologies as we look to provide insight tools for a wide range of HR users, driving standardization and automation- Provision of data, metrics and insights to support internal processes (I&D council requirements, SET & Board reporting, Functional talent reviews, Strategic Diversity Workforce Planning)- Partner to ensure Workday functionality is enabled and active for tracking I&D data globally (where feasible and within the legal framework of each country)- Where feasible, work with local HR teams to categorize local country level ethnicity data to support global reporting- Accurate completion of all externally reporting, benchmarking and surveys (DJSI, McKinsey, Bloomberg, WDI, Hampton-Alexander, Diversity Inc etc)- Calculation, quality assurance and provision of metrics for core AZ external documents (AZ Annual Report, AZ Sustainability report)- Accountable for modelling and ongoing tracking of global, functional and country diversity measures and scorecard metrics- Accountable for improved reporting and insights of all I&D aspects of employee sentiment tracking (e.G. Pulse, Exit survey, etc
