**Role: Workforce Management / Real-Time Analyst (WFM or RTA)**
**Limitlessli **is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.

**Working with Limitlessli**:
- The environment must be quiet and professional.
**Objective**: To track and determine who is working beyond the approved hours and notify the facility manager to handle.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain timely records of overtime.
- Manage time tracking - monitor who works overtime and then inform the managers. From there, WFM / RTA allows the facility manager to use calculated forecasts to cut costs by ensuring those staff are no longer staying OT.
- Utilize specialized software tools to manage work schedules and forecast staffing levels for multiple healthcare facilities.
- Communicate, identify, and partner with the facility managers to implement innovative labor management practices.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned or required.
**Job Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a WFM / RTA, preferably in a US Healthcare facility.
- Must have extensive knowledge in using Smartlinx or other related workforce management software used by healthcare facilities to monitor overtime.
- Courteous and professional communication skills required.
- Strong clerical and organizational skills needed to perform record-keeping.
- Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with staff.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and manage assigned tasks with limited supervisory support
**Service Fee**: Industry standard applicable to state depending on work of experience and level of expertise. (In accordance with our Limitlessli policies, this includes reimbursement for your personal HMO coverage.)

**Tools needed**: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, a second monitor, stable internet, and a backup internet connection.
Pay: $14,660.42 - $15,522.80 per month
